Career Planning: We are committed to maintaining a high-performance organization by investing in our team members. To help our employees grow and advance in their careers, we offer mentoring programs, special projects/assignments and a portfolio of other learning resources. Employee career paths are important at GPI. Our internal job posting system makes it easy to view and apply for different positions within the company. We value our talent and give visibility to new experiences and opportunities.
Management Development Program: This program gives recent college graduates an opportunity to participate in a leadership rotation program working closely with executive sponsors who offer guidance on assignments while providing coaching, counseling and insight about the organization. The program allows participants to get plant and corporate level experience.
Continuing Education Support: Our Tuition Reimbursement program provides financial assistance that encourages employees to enhance contributions and effectiveness in their current positions, as well as to develop new competencies in preparation for future opportunities with our company.
GPI Scholarship Program: Dependent children of our full-time employees are eligible to apply for scholarships funded by the company. Award recipients are high school seniors planning to attend an accredited college, university or vocational-technical school.
